You can order online by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you have completed shopping, click the "View Cart" button which takes you to our secure checkout via PayPal. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via the secure server. The prices shown on our website do not include delivery unless specified. You will be offered options and costs at checkout including 'Next Day Delivery'. This can be done by navigating to http://www.youruniform.co.uk/specialdelivery and adding special delivery to your cart.
Once an order has been placed it will be processed and despatched within 24 hours and delivered to you by Royal Mail.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Royal Mail.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service at your home or place of work. If we receive your order prior to 12 midday Monday to Friday your order will be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by 1pm on Tuesday.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
We offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery service at your home or place of work. If we receive your order by 12 midday on a Friday, your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day.
Please be aware that Guaranteed next day delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise no refund. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s).

Our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us.
(9) Cancelled Orders
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 working days following delivery of the goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within seven working days of delivery, contact our Customer Service department to notify us that you wish to return some or all items from your order. You have to arrange to return the goods to us yourself at your own cost. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage.
You may return any sold by www.youruniform.co.uk within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will have to arrange and pay the return shipping costs for the items, except if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online FAQ’s and we will guide you through the process of returning good to us. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error after inspection will be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of item's price.
We will activate a refund after we receive and process your return. For returned items you can expect your refund within 30 days (though in the majority of cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

• 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 3 business days for us to process your return

You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive back to our warehouse.
